    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lb. mushrooms, cut up
    • 1 Tbsp. onion soup mix
    • pepper and salt to taste
    • 6 strips bacon, cut fine
    • 1/4 green pepper, cut fine


    Instructions


    1. Saut� all together in butter until brown. Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. flour to thicken; add 1/2 tin cream of mushroom soup. Can be made a day ahead and reheated in a double boiler. Yield: enough for 35 people.
