1 can reduced fat crescent rolls
1 1/2 cups low fat egg substitute
1 lb. reduced fat sausage
2 cups fat free shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
Roll out crescent rolls into a 9x13 pan, making sure to pinch the seams and build up the sides. Brown sausage, put on rolls, pour eggs over and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, or until bottom is golden brown.
