    Sausage Egg Cheese Casserole

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 c grated cheddar cheese
    3 pieces of bread cut into 1/4 inch pieces
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    2 lbs sausage
    9 eggs (slightly beaten)
    3 cups milk

    Recipe



    Fry sausage and drain.
    Mix all other ingredients in mixing bowl.
    Pour into greased 13x9 pan.
    Cover and put in refrigerator overnight.
    Next morning bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
