    Strawberry Ambrosia Salad

    List of Ingredients




    3 oz. package strawberry gelatin
    3 oz. package raspberry gelatin
    2 cups boiling water
    10 oz. frozen sweetened sliced strawberries
    1/2 cup cold water
    8 1/4 oz. can crushed pineapple with syrup
    1/3 cup flaked coconut
    2/3 cup undiluted Carnation evaporated milk

    Recipe



    Dissolve strawberry and raspberry gelatins in boiling water in medium bowl.
    Place frozen strawberries in dissolved gelatin.
    Break up strawberries with fork; stir until thawed.
    Stir in cold water and pineapple.
    Chill until consistency of unbeated egg whites.
    Add coconut and evaporated milk; mix well.
    Pour into 9x13 baking dish.
    Chill at least 4 hours.
    Unmold.
