    Quick Chicken Stir-Fry

    List of Ingredients




    6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen broccoli, green beans, mushrooms and red peppers
    1 medium onion, cut in wedges
    1/3 cup shredded carrots
    1/2 cup bottled ginger garlic or other stir-fry sauce
    6 cups hot, cooked rice

    Recipe



    Cut chicken in strips.
    Spray skillet with non-stick spray.
    Add chicken and garlic; stir-fry 3 minutes.
    Add vegetables; stir-fry 3 minutes.
    Cover and cook 4 minutes or until vegetables and chicken are done.
    Stir in stir-fry sauce; heat through.
    Serve over rice.
