    1 pkg. baby carrots
    1/3 C. butter
    1/2 C. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/3 C. boiling water

    Preheat oven to 350�

    Place carrots in casserole dish. Cream butter,sugar,salt and cinnamon together. Add water to sugar mixture blend well then pour over carrots and bake covered for 1 1/2 hours.
