List of Ingredients
1 packages 16 oz.fresh baby carrots
1/4 C. butter or margarine
1/4 C. packed brown sugar
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
Recipe
Place carrots in a saucepan; add 1 inch of water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain and set aside. In the same pan, combine butter, brown sugar and salad dressing mix until blended. Add carrots. Cook and stir over medium heat for 5 minutes or until glazed. Yield: 5 to 10 servings
