    This was a favorite drink after I had my gallbladder out and could hardly eat anything at all. I loved these and I still do. Great summer drink when it's hot outside.

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup water
    3 tablespoons instant coffee
    1 pint nonfat ice cream
    1/3 cup chocolate milk powder
    2 cups skim milk

    Microwave water on High in 2-cup glass measuring cup, microwave for 45 to 60 seconds or until steaming hot. Stir in coffee.

    In blender or food processor container, combine ice cream, chocolate milk powder and milk. Blend in coffee. into individual plastic or paper cups. Freeze 2 hours. Stir; cover tightly. Store in freezer. Allow to stand in refrigerator 30 minutes to soften slightly before serving with spoon or straw.
