    Use caution as this recipe contains raw eggs. Children and persons with impaired immune systems should not eat dishes containing raw eggs, according to current food safety standards.

    List of Ingredients

    2 eggs
    1/2 cup Parmesan cheese -- freshly grated
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    1 cup cooked ham -- finely chopped
    8 ounces fettucine
    8 ounces spinach fettucine
    2 cups peas -- cooked and kept warm
    freshly ground pepper

    In a small bowl, beat the eggs with the cheese. In a small saucepan, heat the cream and ham until warm.

    Heat a large serving bowl. When the pasta is cooked and drained, put the pasta in the serving bowl. Add the egg and cheese mixture, cream and ham, peas and pepper and toss gently. Season to taste with salt. Serves 4 to 6.
