    Butter Chunk Cinnamon Rolls

    1/4 cup cold butter
    2 1/2 cups Bisquick® baking mix
    1/2 cup milk
    1 egg
    2 tablespoons butter -- melted
    3 tablespoons sugar
    1 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon
    1 Glaze

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Grease a square pan. Cut cold butter into 1/4-inch cubes. Toss Bisquick and butter cubes until well coated. Beat milk and egg; stir into Bisquick. Turn dough out onto a surface coated generously with Bisquick. Roll dough into rectangle, about 15 x 8-inches. Spread melted butter ovder the dough. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Roll dough starting on the long side. Cut into 12 pieces. Place in the prepared pan cut side down. Bake until golden. Spread with glaze made from 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon milk.
