Impossible Broccoli and Swiss Pie

9 ounces frozen broccoli -- cuts
1 1/2 cups Swiss cheese -- shredded
2 medium green onions -- sliced
1/2 cup Bisquick® baking mix
2/3 cup skim milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon dry mustard -- ground mustard
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a 9-inch pie pan with nonstick cooking spray. Layer broccoli, 1 cup of the cheese, and the onions in the pie pan.
Beat remaining ingredients in a medium bowl until blended. Pour over broccoli mixture in pie pan.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top of pie and bake 1 to 2 minutes longer or until cheese melts. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serves 6.
