    Swedish Dessert Pancakes

    List of Ingredients

    1 1/4 cups Bisquick® baking mix
    2 cups 2% low-fat milk
    3 eggs
    1/4 margarine -- melted

    Beat all ingredients until well blended. Lightly grease a 6 or 7-inch skillet. Heat until a few drops of water "dance" across the heated surface before evaporating.

    Pour about 3 tablespoons batter into pan, rotating pan to cover entire pan bottom with batter. Cook until small bubbles appear on surface of pancake. Loosen edges with spatula and turn over gently to finish baking.

    Place pancakes on a towel and place in a oven on low heat to keep warm. Spread each cake with sugar, jam or applesauce. Roll up like a jelly roll. Serve warm.

    Makes about 16 pancakes. Allow 2 pancakes per serving.
