    Tuna Broccoli Casserole

    List of Ingredients

    1 package frozen broccoli
    6 ounces tuna in water -- drained and flaked
    10 3/4 ounces cream of mushroom soup, condensed
    1/2 cup 2% low-fat milk
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    Bisquick Biscuit Dough
    2 cups Bisquick® baking mix
    2/3 cup 2% low-fat milk

    Tuna Casserole: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Grease 9 x 9-inch baking pan. Cook broccoli until almost tender, then cut into bite size pieces. Place broccoli pieces into the prepared baking dish.

    Cover the broccoli pieces with the flaked tuna.

    Mix together the soup, milk and salt. Pour over top.

    Biscuits: Prepare dough by mixing Bisquick and milk together until a soft dough forms. Drop by teaspoonful onto casserole mixture. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.

    Serves 6.
