    ½ cup cooking oil
    1 cup sugar
    2 large eggs
    1 ½ cups bananas mashed
    ½ teaspoon vanilla
    1 Ό cups flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    Ύ teaspoon salt
    ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
    ½ cup butterscotch chips


    Preheat microwave-convection oven to 350∞ F with low rack inside oven.
    Grease and flour a 6-cup Micro-Mac high-heat plastic ring dish.

    Blend together oil and sugar; add eggs, one at a time, beating well
    after each addition. Blend in banana and vanilla. Add remaining
    ingredients; stir just until blended. Spoon batter into prepared dish;
    spread evenly.

    Combo-Bake with low-mix setting at 350∞ F for 22 to 25 minutes or until
    toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool 15 minutes inside
    pan and then invert onto serving plate. Cool completely. Makes about 20

    TIP: If you don't have the ring dish use a glass (Pyrex) 9 x 5-inch loaf
    dish. Grease and flour as directed and increase baking time to 35 to 40
