Pour and Cook Pancakes

List of Ingredients
2 1/4 cups skim milk
2 tablespoons margarine -- melted
2 cups flour
2 tablespoons sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
In large bowl, whisk together egg, milk and melted margarine. In separate bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Sprinkle dry ingredients over liquid mixture. Stir just enough to moisten. Pour 1/4 cup and bake each pancake until done. Serves 4.
Makes 12 pancakes.
Raisin: Add 1/2 cup raisins or currants
Apricot and Orange: Add 1/2 cup slivered dried almonds and 1 tablespoon grated orange rind.
