Strawberry Whip Dessert

List of Ingredients
1/2 cup boiling water
3 ounces gelatin powder -- strawberry flavor
15 large marshmallows -- cut in halves
1/2 cup cold water
10 ounces frozen strawberries -- in syrup, partially defrotsted
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup heavy cream
Place boiling water and gelatin in blender. Cover and blen on low until gelatin is dissolved. Add marshmallows, cold water, strawberries and lemon juice. Cover and blend on low until smooth. Pour mixture into a mixing bowl and chill until paritally set.
Whip cream using the blender and fold into strawberry mixture. Spoon into an 8-inch square pan or individual dessert dishes. Chill until firm. Serves 6 to 8.
