    Creamy Salmon Ring

    10 ounces frozen peas
    16 ounces salmon -- drained
    10 3/4 ounces cream of mushroom soup, condensed
    3 slices bread -- cubed
    2 eggs
    2 tablespoons onion -- finely chopped
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon dill weed
    2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    2 tablespoons 2% low-fat milk
    1 teaspoon dried parsley -- flakes

    Microwave peas until thawed. Drain and set aside.

    Combine salmon, half of soup, bread cubes,eggs, onion, salt and dill weed. Mix well. Stir in peas. Spoon into a buttered microwave-safe 5 cup fluted ring mold. Press firmly into dish. Cover with waxed paper.

    Microwave 6 to 7 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Rotate dish once during cooking. Let stand covered.

    Combine remaining soup and mayonnaise with milk and parsley in a 2-cup glass measuring cup.

    Microwave, uncovered, 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until heated through. Invert ring onto serving plate. Spoon sauce over ring and serve.

    Serves 5.
