    8 cups flour
    1/4 cup baking powder
    3 tablespoons Splenda Granular
    1 tablespoon salt
    1 1/3 cups skim dry milk
    2/3 cup canola oil

    In a large bowl combine dry ingredients. Drizzle canola oil over the dry ingredients. Cut in with pastry blender until mixture looks like fine cornmeal. Store in covered container in refrigerator.

    Makes 10 cups. Keeps about 3 months in the refrigerator.

    3 tablespoons = 99 cal; 3 grams fat; 3 grams pro; 15 grams carb; 250 mg sod; 86 mg cal; 1 gram fiber
