Ham and Egg Cups

This is an older recipe so if you have a newer, high powered microwave oven, then you may have to adjust the cook settings and timings. I've been playing with my new KitchenAid Microwave Convection oven and it's been fun! :>
List of Ingredients
2 slices sandwich ham
1 tablespoon picante sauce -- or salsa
1 tablespoon shredded Cheddar cheese
Carefully fit a ham slice into each two 5-ounce glass custard cups, tucking sides in, if needed.
Break an egg into the center of each dish. Set dish in a larger cereal bowl. Add 1/2-inch water to the cereal bowl (the outer dish). Cover each dish with plastic wrap.
Microwave on medium 4 to 5 minutes or until egg is just about desired doneness, rearranging dishes once while cooking. top with picante sauce and cheese. Cover and let stand 1 minute or until cheese is melted and the egg is desired doneness.
For one serving follow above recipe except cook 1 egg for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes.
