    A tummy warming recipe.

    List of Ingredients

    2 tablespoons butter
    4 large onions, minced
    4 cups beef stock
    4 slices buttered toast
    1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated


    Melt butter in pressure cooker pot. Add onion and cook until golden brown. Add beef broth. Place cover on cooker. Allow steam to flow from vent pipe to release all air from cooker. Place indicator on vent pipe and cook 1 minute in the cook position. Let stem to return to down position. Place toast on heated bowls. Pour soup over toast and sprinkle with cheese.
