    Recipe Introduction

    A quick recipe to make when you want pork and vegetables.

    List of Ingredients

    1 tablespoon corn oil
    4 pork chops, 1-inch thick
    1/4 cup water
    4 potatoes, small
    4 carrots, whole, medium


    Heat cooker and add corn oil. Season pork chops with salt and pepper and brown them in the corn oil. Add water. place small potatoes and carrots on top. Do not fill cooker over 2/3 full. Place cover on cooker. Allow steam to flow from vent pipe to release all air from cooker. Place indicator weight on vent pipe and cook 10 to 12 minutes with stem at COOK position. Let stem return to down position.
