2 pounds skinless boneless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon butter, melted
10 3/4 ounces cream of mushroom soup, condensed -- 1 can
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In 2-quart oblong baking dish, arrange chicken and drizzle with butter. Bake 30 minutes.
Spoon soup over chicken. Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Stir sauce before serving.
TIP: If desired, remove skin from chicken. Combine soup with 2 tablespoons water before spooning over chicken.
