    List of Ingredients

    16 ounces chicken breasts without skin
    16 ounces chow mein vegetables
    1/2 cup classic stir fry sauce

    Place chicken in 8-inch square dish and cover with wax paper. Defrost chicken and cook for 7 to 7 1/2 minutes or until chicken is tender. Rotate dish once. Let chicken cool and then cut into bite size pieces. Place vegetables in 1-quart casserole. Add stir fry sauce and cover. Heat 4 1/2 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring twice. Add chicken and stir to coat. Cover and heat on high 2 to 3 minutes, or until heated through. Serves 4.
