Adapted this recipe from the Once-A-Month cookbook. My family didn't like the corned beef so now I used finely chopped cooked ham instead. *** rating
List of Ingredients
2 ½ cooked ham chopped
8 ounces Cheese Whiz
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
8 sandwich rolls, or onion rolls
Mix ham with Cheese Whiz, onion and mayonnaise. Spread filling on one bun; top with with second bun. Wrap buns individually in foil and freeze.
To Serve: Thaw rolls and preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake in foil 20 minutes.
