    Honey Butter Sauce

    3 tablespoons butter
    3/4 cup honey
    1 tablespoon cornstarch
    1 teaspoon vanilla

    Microwave high margarine in 4-cup measure until melted, 45 seconds. Stir in honey and cornstarch until smooth. Microwave on high, uncovered, 3 to 4 minutes, or until mixture boils and thickens slightly, stirring once. Sauce thickens more while it cools. Stir in vanilla. Serve warm. Serve over ice cream, waffles or pancakes.
