    Easy and tasty. Thrifty too.

    List of Ingredients

    2 pounds potatoes -- cut into wedges
    1 tablespoon salt

    Peel raw potatoes and cut into wedges. Place in cold salted water. Cover and cook until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain immediately.

    Return cooked potatoes to the pot and shake around over low heat until dry.

    Serve sprinkled with parsley or topped with melted butter or Onion Butter.
