    SPANISH RICE with CHICKEN

    List of Ingredients

    3 pounds chicken, cut up
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 (28-ounce) can stewed tomatoes
    1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
    1 1/2 cups water
    2 1/2 tsp chili powder, or to taste
    2 tsp salt, or to taste
    2 tbls Worcestershire sauce
    2 cups raw rice
    3 stalks celery, chopped

    Recipe

    Put all ingredients in 4 1/2-quart crock pot, stir well. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours or on high for 3 hours.

    Can mix in cheese before serving or sprinkle some on top.
    Serves 6 to 8
