List of Ingredients
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 medium garlic clove, mashed
2 tsp. allspice
Several hearty shakes of the Tobasco sauce bottle, and then a few more just for flavor
1 pound prawns, peeled and cleaned
Mix all ingredients together and marinate for an hour or two. Thread the shrimp on skewers and grill over hot charcoal (or on a gas grill) for about 2 minutes per side, or until they are pink and opaque. Don't overcook.
Yield: 2 large servings or 4 smaller servings.
