    No-Bake Peanut Butter Balls

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup skim milk
    1/3 cup honey
    1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
    2 tablespoons instant nonfat dry milk powder
    3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
    3 cups oat bran flakes cereal
    1 cup crisp rice cereal

    Recipe



    Combine milk, honey, peanut butter, and milk powder in a medium saucepan;
    stir well. Cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated, stirring
    occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.

    Combine cereals in a large bowl. Pour peanut butter mixture over cereal
    mixture, stirring gently to combine. Shape cereal mixture into 1 1/2 inch
    balls. Place balls on a flat surface. Cover and chill thoroughly.
    Yield: 16 balls (108 calories each)
