Classic Hot Artichoke Dip

An addictive, delicious, simple appetizer. Some people add green onions or olives to the mixture.
List of Ingredients
1 10 oz. artichoke hearts
1 cup mayonnaise (Kraft is best)
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
garlic salt to taste
Drain and chop artichoke hearts. Mix with mayonnaise, cheese, and garlic salt. Bake in small casserole or other ovenproof dish at 350 for 20 minutes or until bubbly and just beginning to brown on top. Blot excess oil from top with paper towels. Serve with melba rounds or tortilla chips.
