    Creamy Corn Bread

    List of Ingredients

    4 eggs -- beaten
    1 can kernel corn -- (16 ounce) drained
    1 can creamed corn -- (16 ounce)
    2 boxes corn muffin mix (Jiffy is great) -- (8 ounce)
    1 16 oz. sour cream
    2 sticks butter or margarine -- melted


    Mix all ingredients thoroughly and pour into a 9 by 13-inch greased baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees 30 to 40 minutes or
    until golden brown on top. Let cool and slice into squares or triangles. Can be refrigerated and re-heated. Serve warm
