    Recipe Introduction

    This is the best cinnamon roll recipe - sized for a 2 pound bread machine.

    List of Ingredients

    6 tablespoons melted butter
    6 tablespoons water
    1/2 cup instant vanilla pudding mixed with
    1 1/2 cups cold milk
    2 eggs (beaten lightly)
    2 tablespoons sugar
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    6 cups all-purpose flour
    1 tablespoon instant yeast
    3/4 cup softened butter
    1 1/2 cups brown sugar
    4 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1 8 oz. cream cheese
    1 cube softened butter
    1 pound powdered sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    3 teaspoons milk


    For rolls: place all ingredients in bread maker and set on dough cycle. Roll out to 17x10 rectangle. Spread with filling ingredients. Roll up for cinnamon rolls, cut with thread and place in parchment lined pans for baking. Let rise til doubled. Bake at 350 F., 15-20 min. til golden. Don't overbake. While baking mix icing ingredients together in mixer. Spread on very warm rolls.
