    Recipe Introduction

    A rich, delicious breakfast cake. Can be halved and baked in a 9x9 pan.

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup butter -- melted
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    2 eggs
    2 cups sour cream
    3 cups flour
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup packed brown sugar
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup flour
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon cloves
    6 cups peaches


    Cream butter and sugar til blended. Mix in egg and sour cream til blended. Mix in flour, baking soda and salt. Spread into jelly roll pan (15x10). Sprinkle 1/2 topping over dough. Arrange peaches (pears) decoratively on top. Sprinkle with remaining topping. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Topping: Combine topping ingredients with pastry blender until crumbly.
