    Curried Chicken

    List of Ingredients

    3 pieces of chicken, cubed, and cooked in some oil
    6 tbsp. butter
    6 tbsp. flour
    2 c. chicken broth (use 2 c. hot water and 2 bouillon cubes dissolved in it)
    2 c. milk
    1-2 tbsp. curry - start out with 1 tbsp. and then add more if you want it stronger


    Cook chicken in vegetable oil - about 3 tbsp. When chicken is white take out of pan and set aside. In saucepan melt butter and stir flour in a little at a time until it's all mixed in and smooth. Add hot broth and milk. Heat over medium heat until thick and smooth. Add chicken and curry powder. Serve over rice.
    Toppings include: peanuts, coconut, green onions, raisins, chopped hard boiled egg, shredded carrots, chopped tomatoes,
