    This mustard adds a lot of pizzazz to ham and turkey sandwiches. Makes a nice gift for a hostess as well.

    List of Ingredients

    1 4 oz. can dry mustard (like Coleman's)
    1 c. cider vinegar
    2 eggs
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. real mayonnaise


    Mix together the vinegar and mustard. Let stand for several hours or overnight. Beat in eggs, brown sugar and salt. Cook in double boiler until thick. Beat in mayonnaise. Keep refrigerated. Makes 1 quart.
