Marian's 7-Minute Soup

I came up with this quick soup that uses leftovers and veggies in your frig...I customize it for what's there...
List of Ingredients
6 c. water
2 tbsp. Better than Bouillon chicken
1 grated carrot
1 chopped zucchini
10 oz. frozen corn
2 c. cooked chicken chopped
2 tbsp. tomato puree
1 tbsp. chili powder or to taste
2-4 garlic cloves minced
10 oz. frozen peas
2 pckgs. Top Ramen noodles, broken up
1/2 package spinach leaves
Heat the water and start adding ingredients. Use enough bouillon to make it taste good but not salty. You can substitute canned or packaged broth.
Chop up veggies and chicken and add along with puree, garlic and chili powder. Simmer together and about 3 minutes before you're ready to serve it, add the ramen noodles and then at the last minute add spinach leaves. Taste and add salt and pepper as needed.
