    OUR FAVORITE TUNA CASSEROLE

    1 7 1/2 ounce can of tuna
    1 small can of chow mein noodles
    1 can of cream of mushroom soup
    1 T. dry onion soup mix
    3/4 c. milk
    1 c. sour cream

    Crushed potato chips for the topping.

    Mix milk with soup; then add onion soup mix, tuna and noodles, folding in cream last.

    Sprinkle with potato chips. Bake at 375 degrees until it bubbles. About 30 minutes.

    Serves 4 to 6.

    This is our favorite lenten casserole. I sometimes add frozen peas.
