    Recipe Introduction

    This came from a chef at the local golf club near my house. It is served in a bread bowl with long cracker bread.

    List of Ingredients

    Hartfelds Baked Crab and Artichoke Dip

    2 lb cream cheese
    10 oz boursin cheese
    2 lb back fin crabmeat
    12 oz artichoke hearts
    bag spinach
    1/2 lb ****ake mushrooms sliced thin
    1 tsp worcestershire sauce
    tabasco to taste
    cayanne to taste
    salt n pepper to taste


    melt cheese over low heat
    saute mushrooms, spinach, artichokes in butter
    add cheese, crabmeat, and seasoning
    put in pyrex dish bake 350 degrees until warm, serve with crackers. You can hollow out a big loaf of bread and fill it up with the crab dip.
