Michele's Zucchini Stuffed Mushrooms

List of Ingredients
15 stuffing sized mushroom caps cleaned and the stem popped off
8 chopped cloves garlic
one bunch chopped green onions
1 large leek cleaned and chopped
2 shallots chopped
1/2 large zucchini grated
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup mozz cheese
4 oz block of cream cheese added with the cheeses after veggies sauteed.
stuff caps and bake on a cookie sheet with sides. 375 degrees 20 minutes. stick with a toothpick and serve hot.
