    Recipe Introduction

    This is a dish I make a lot. It is so easy. I make it as a crab imperial in a dish. I make crab balls by coating with panko bread crumbs, and I also stuff it into mushrooms of choice.

    List of Ingredients

    Michele’s Crab & Shrimp Imperial

    2 lb extra large shrimp peeled & cleaned
    1 12oz can lump crabmeat
    2 X large eggs
    ¾ cup mayo
    1 T mustard
    3 dashes hot sauce
    2 tsp old bay
    1 T tarragon
    Salt & pepper


    8X8 Pyrex sprayed with Pam
    350 degree oven for 30 minutes

    This recipe can also be used to stuff two to 3lbs of mushroom caps, stems removed. Or you could buy six or seven large portabella mushrooms, brushed off, stems cut off. Stuff your mushrooms, put on cookie tray with sides, bake 25 minutes 375 degree oven. Yummy, for parties.
