Blender Double Pie Crust

List of Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
  
• 1/2 tsp salt
  
• 2/3 cup cup shortening
  
• 6-7 tbs cold water
  

Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl,mix flour,salt and shortening. [I use can't believe it's not butter from the tub]
   
2. Mix in blender on low with pastry attachment until small pea like crumbs form.
   
3. Add 6-7 tabs cold water and continue to beat on low until mixture hangs together. Don't over mix.
   
4. Roll out on floured board.
