    Recipe Introduction

A great recipe if you are having company for breakfast or brunch... because all of the work is done the night before and all you have to do is pop it in the oven in the morning! Easy, delicious and quite impressive!

    List of Ingredients

15 frozen dough rolls (I use Bridgeford dinner rolls)
    3 tsp. cinnamon
1 sm. pkg. of non-instant vanilla pudding
    1 c. brown sugar,packed
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 stick margarine, melted

    Recipe

Coat a 9X13 glass baking dish with cooking spray. Place frozen rolls, evenly spaced, in glass baking dish. Mix dry ingredients and pecans together and sprinkle over rolls.(it will look like waaaay too much mixture but it is the correct amount.) Drizzle butter over rolls. Spray one side of plastic wrap with cooking spray and place, sprayed side down, over rolls. Let sit on counter overnight. In the morning, remove plastic wrap and place rolls in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Turn over onto large platter, drizzling any remaining liquid over top. Serve warm.
