    1 cup oil
    3 eggs
    2 cups sugar
    2 cups Zucchini
    2 Tables Vanilla
    3 cups flour
    1 teaspoon soda
    � teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon salt
    3 Tablespoons cinnamon

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients. Bake at 325 Degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Makes 2 loaves
