Casserole for a Crowd
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. oniion, chopped
8 ounces wide egg noodles ,cooked and drained
1 can whole kernel corn (15� oz.)
1 can peas (15� oz)
1 can mushroom stems and pieces (8oz.)
4 cups (16 oz) shredded cheddar, divided
1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted-(10�oz)
1� cup milk
1 Tbs. chili powder
1 Tbs. Worchestershire sauce
2 tsp. salt
� tsp. pepper
� tsp. garlic powder
Brown beef with onion; drain. Transfer to a greased baking dish. (large). Add noodles, corn, peas, and mushrooms. Mix well.
In a saucepan mix 2� cups of cheese, soup, milk ,and seasonings.Cook and stir over low heat till cheese melts.
Pour over noodle mixture, mix well. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered at 350� for 30 minutes
