    My Hashbrown Casserole


    List of Ingredients


    • 32 oz. bag frozen Hashbrowns
    • 1/2 cup green pepper-chopped
    • 1/4 cup red pepper---chopped
    • 1 medium onion-chopped
    • 1-1/4 cups skim milk
    • 1 can cheddar cheese soup-undiluted
    • 8 slices bacon -fried and crumbled or 1 cup diced ham
    • 1 egg
    • 1/2 cup croutons
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 1/4 tsp. white pepper


    Instructions


    1. In a large bowl add, hashbrowns, chopped peppers, onion and crumbled bacon or ham.

    2. In a small bowl beat egg, milk and soup together.

    3. Add salt and pepper. Bake 400 degrees for 1 hour in a casserole dish that is covered, stirring after first 30 minutes. Remove and sprinkle croutons over top.
