    Cherry Cobbler

    Baking time; 25-30 min.
    Oven temp. Preheat-- 400 degrees

    List of Ingredients

    • 1 can cherry pie filling
    • 1 Tbsp. lemon peel
    • 3 Tbsp. boiling water
    • 1 cup Bisquick Mix
    • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
    • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    • 1 or 2 Tbsp. sugar


    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    2. Mix pie filling and lemon peel, put in a square 8x8x2-inch pan.
    3. Combine baking mix and butter in a bowl. Add boiling water; stir hard, until dough forms a ball and comes clean from the bowl.(dough will be puffy and soft)
    4. Drop dough by spoonfuls onto fruit mixture.
    5. Mix sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over dough.
    6. Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
    7. Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
