    List of Ingredients

    • 2 cups cooked Chicken breast-diced
    • 2 cups diced Apples (green or red del. or both)
    • 1/2 cup chopped Celery
    • 1/2 cup chopped Walnuts
    • 1/2 cup Grape halves
    • 1 (20oz.) can Pineapple-tidbits or chunks;drained
    • 1/2 cup fat-free Mayonaise
    • 4 Tbls. Honey
    • 3 Tbls. Dijon Mustard


    1. Cook and dice chicken; cool.
    2. Conbine chicken,apples,walnuts,celery,grapes and Pineapple.
    3. Mix mayonaise,honey and dijon mustard and fold in chicken mixture. Chill
