    Corn Pudding

    List of Ingredients

    • 1 can whole kernel corn
    • 1 can cream style corn
    • 1 cup milk
    • 2 eggs -beaten
    • 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
    • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 cup cornmeal


    1. Mix corn, milk, eggs, butter , pepper and salt. Add cornmeal, stir until moistened.

    2. Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish.

    3. Bake at 350 degrees 50 to 55 minutes until browned and set in the center.
