    HERSHEY�S Basic Cocoa Baking Mix

    Makes: 8 cups of mix

    4-1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2-3/4 c sugar
    1-1/4 c. Hershey�s cocoa
    1 T + 1/2 tsp baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1-1/4 tsp baking soda

    In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients. Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place for up to a month. Stir again before using.

    NOTE: Nutritional information is not given for this recipe. This mix is used to prepare other baked goods.
