    Christmas Confetti Dip -- e-w
    Plan ahead�needs to refrigerate 2 to 3 hours for flavors to blend.
    Makes about 2 cups

    1 c. fat-free �or- reduced-fat sour cream
    4 Tsp. dry ranch-style salad dressing mix
    1 c. finely chopped vegetables such as carrots � zucchini � bell pepper � cucumber �or- tomato.

    Combine sour cream and dressing mix in medium bowl; mix well. Stir in chopped vegetables. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours for flavors to blend.

    Transfer dip to medium serving bowl. Garnish with bell pepper cutouts, if desired. Serve with assorted fresh vegetable dippers.

    One 1/4-cup serving equals: 31 calories�1 gm fat (trace saturated)�4 gm carbohydrate�1 mg cholesterol�trace fiber�2 gm protein�37 mg sodium +++EXC: 2-1/2 starch�1 vegetable +++WWP: 1
